It is now 1 year since BC Instant lawns put a new lawn in our back garden. I can still see sod lines; there are huge bare patches; and there is what they told us a rye grass that is now turning brown and is so thick that the lawn mower won't always cut it. The sod is so hard that no water can penetrate it. After it was put in we did exactly what they recommended in terms of watering for 20+ mins at least twice a day. We have fertilised and overseeded in some areas to no avail. I would never use this company again.
