I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this shop involving a male staff member. While I was browsing alone, he crossed clear personal boundaries—touching me with a toy without asking and making an inappropriate comment afterward. I was so shocked and scared I couldn’t even respond. It felt violating and unsafe.
Based on conversations I’ve had and other comments I’ve seen, I don’t believe I’m the only one who’s been made to feel this way. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that’s supposed to be about safety, trust, and exploration.
I’m posting this so others—especially those shopping alone—can be aware and stay safe. I sincerely hope the business takes this seriously and addresses it, because no one deserves to feel uncomfortable or pressured in a space like this.
